Pengertian dan tujuan banner

Banner adalah sebagai identitas sebuah blog atau website selain itu fungsi dari banner adalah sebagai media iklan, promosi, publikasi,menjalin persahabatan  dan berbagai kepentingan lainnya. Berbagai jenis dan ukuran standar banner yang biasanya di pergunakan dalam blog atau site di media internet. Adapun banner yang berukuran kecil biasanya di gunakan untuk saling bertukar link, sedangkan banner yang ukuran sedang untuk media iklan. Virtually anyone can be a Democrat. Just simply quit thinking and vote that way. But if you want to be a GOOD Democrat, there are some prerequisites.

1. You have to believe the AIDS virus is spread by a lack of federal funding.

2. You have to believe that the same teacher who can't teach 4th graders how to read is somehow qualified to teach those same kids about sex.

4. You have to believe that there was no art before Federal funding.

5. You have to believe that global temperatures are less affected by cyclical, documented changes in the earth's climate, and more affected by yuppies driving SUVs.

6. You have to believe that gender roles are artificial but being homosexual is natural.

7. You have to be against capital punishment but support abortion on demand.

8. You have to believe that businesses create oppression and governments create prosperity.

9. You have to believe that hunters don't care about nature, but loony activists from Seattle do.

10. You have to believe that self-esteem is more important than actually doing something to earn it.

11. You have to believe the military, not corrupt politicians, start wars.

Koalisi Sengsarakan Rakyat

Sehari hari yang terjadi di Indonesia sekarang adalah kesibukan para elite politic untuk saling berebut kursi kepemimpinan,rebutan kepentingan,terjadi pertentangan dan perbedaaan pendapat. Para elite politic ini terdiri dari tokoh bangsa,pimpinan nasional,wakil rakyat sehingga melupakan kewajiban utama yaitu mengentas kemiskinan dan mensejahterakan kehidupan rakyat para elite politic ini terfocus perhatiannya pada sesuatu yang bukan substansi terhadap bangsa dan negara. Adanya koalisi hanya membuat tingkah laku elite politic ini bersikap tidak dewasa dan sewenang wenang dalam berperilaku dengan memanfaatkan ketokohannya di parpol ,akibat lain dengan adanya koalisi malah semakin membuat keadaan bangsa dan negara menjadi kacau balau dan tidak terarah serta kabinet di isi oleh menteri menteri yang tidak professional dan tidak kompeten di bidangnya masing masing. Seharusnya sebelum mengangkat seseorang itu sebagai menteri harus di perhatikan dulu latar belakangnya dan kualitasnya.


Kompetensinya tidak ada gunanya memiliki kabinet yang tidak memprioritaskan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran rakyat,tapi semua sibuk memanfaatkan kekuasaannya masing masing. Dampak lainnya menteri tersebut lebih memperhatikan kepentingan parpolnya . Jadi sebaiknya presiden yang memiliki hak prerogative( hak istemewa) memiliki beberapa pertimbangan untuk memilih seorang calon menteri yaitu profesionalisme,kompetensi,kapabilitas calon menteri yang berfocus pada kepentingan rakyat .Untuk para elite politic koalisi adalah emas ,sedangkan untuk rakyat koalisi adalah penderitaan. Jadi koalisi tidak ada gunanya!
